- Caller phone numbers and caller ID

- Call duration, timestamps, and source attribution
- AI-generated insights (summaries, lead scores, sentiment, intent)
Usage Data
- Log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited)
- Feature usage and interaction data
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the CallFlux service
- To process calls, generate transcriptions, and provide AI insights
- To process payments and manage your subscription

4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Call recordings are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We implement role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony), OpenAI (AI analysis), Deepgram (transcription), SendGrid (email) — each bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcriptions are retained according to your plan settings. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Call Recording Notice
If you enable call recording, you are responsible for complying with applicable call recording consent laws. CallFlux provides configurable disclosure messages to assist with compliance. We are not responsible for your compliance with recording laws.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies are used only to improve the Service.

CallFlux is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
