1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CallFlux ("the Service"), operated by Not Your Basic Locksmith LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CallFlux provides AI-powered call tracking, analytics, and lead qualification tools for businesses. The Service includes call tracking numbers, call recording, AI call analysis, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

To use CallFlux, you must create an account by selecting a subscription plan and completing payment through our payment processor (Stripe). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws (including TCPA, GDPR, and other applicable regulations).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to make unsolicited calls or engage in telemarketing spam.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Call Recording Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consent from callers. CallFlux provides tools to assist with compliance but does not guarantee legal compliance.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process call data, recordings, and analytics on your behalf as a data processor.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, AI models, and documentation, is owned by Not Your Basic Locksmith LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFlux and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
